In an effort to enhance the quality of life and promote personal growth and
well-being, Beneficial Bodyworks' list of services includes relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, swedish and rehabilitative
massage, Reiki treatment sessions, and inspiring workshops. We now offer gentle yoga classes in our studio 2 floors
down.
