GENTLE YOGA Restore balance to your
life with this gentle yoga class offered Monday evenings at 5:30 and 7:00pm and Wednesday at 6:00pm These classes offer the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga, including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing
poses and core strengthening. Emphasis placed on moving with the breath and into and out of postures safely and with
correct alignment. Beginners and students looking to work on basics are welcome. Classes are taught by Tina Graham,
who uses meditative opportunities throughout the class. Essential oils and reiki healing energy are used in the relaxation
pose at the end of class. We offer an extra layer of matting to place your own yoga mat
on, and offer blocks, bolsters and blankets. $10 per class, punch cards available - use
9 classes, the 10th one is free. Space is limited so please call, or email to hold your place. If the class is

"DEFINITION OF YOGA - The word "yoga"
comes from the Sanskrit root yuj. which means "to join" or "to yoke." Yoga is a practicial aid, not a religion. Yoga is an ancient
art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will
lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. This is a simple
definition.
